Lobster Claw Software ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information our app, Neon Poly ("the App"), and our website at https://neonpoly.com ("the Site") handle, and how it is used.
The short version
Neon Poly does not collect, store, or transmit personally identifying information from players. We don’t ask for an email, a username, or a social login to play the game.
What the App collects
- Local game data. High scores, XP, settings, and progress are saved on your device only.
- Anonymous platform analytics. The platforms we distribute on (Apple App Store and Amazon Appstore) may provide aggregated, anonymous statistics — installs, crashes, and general regions. We use these only to keep the App stable.
- Advertising. Neon Poly may display ads from third-party networks. Those networks may use device identifiers to serve relevant ads. You can usually limit ad tracking in your device’s system settings.
What the Site collects
https://neonpoly.com is a static website. We don’t set advertising cookies and we don’t run third-party tracking scripts. If you submit our contact form, your name, email, and message are sent through Formspree (formspree.io) so we can reply.
Children
Neon Poly is rated for everyone. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
