Who we are
Lobster Claw Software LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates neonpoly.com (the "Site"). This policy explains the limited information handled when you visit the Site or use its shared contact form.
Static website and server logs
The Site is primarily a static website. It does not require a website account. When your browser requests a page or asset, our hosting provider may create standard server logs that include your IP address, request time, requested URL, referring page, browser or device information, and response status.
These logs are used to deliver the Site, maintain reliability, investigate errors, prevent abuse, and protect the Site. The hosting provider controls its operational retention and security practices. We do not use these logs to build advertising profiles.
Fonts and external resources
Some Site pages may request fonts or other resources from third-party providers, such as Google Fonts. Those providers receive the connection information needed to serve the resource, which can include your IP address, browser information, and the page making the request. Their handling of that information is governed by their own policies.
Shared contact form
The contact page serves both Neon Poly Classic and Neon Poly Duo. If you submit it, we receive the name, email address, selected game or topic, subject, message, and any other information you include. The form is processed by Formspree, which receives the submission and related technical information needed to deliver it.
We use contact submissions to answer questions, provide support, investigate bug reports, respond to privacy requests, and protect our services. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, or other information that is not needed for your request.
How information is shared
Website information may be handled by our hosting provider and Formspree for the purposes described above. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganization. We do not sell personal information collected through the Site.
Retention and security
We keep contact messages only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain support records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Service providers may keep information under their own retention schedules. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can browse the general Site without submitting the contact form. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other action involving your personal information. Use the shared contact form and select "Privacy request" to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
Children
The general Site is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child submitted personal information through the contact form, please contact us so we can review and remove it when appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this website policy when the Site, its providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top will show the latest revision.
